Dermol 600 Bath Emollient is formulated for people with dry, pruritic skin conditions including eczema and dermatitis.

It provides dual action by acting as both an emollient and an antimicrobial treatment. As an emollient, it helps soften and moisturise the skin by forming a protective layer that reduces moisture loss. As an antimicrobial, it helps reduce bacteria on the skin that can aggravate dry skin conditions or contribute to infection.

Containing benzalkonium chloride and chlorhexidine dihydrochloride, Dermol 600 is specifically designed to help break the itch-scratch cycle and support the management of irritated skin.

When added to bathwater, it disperses evenly to provide full-body coverage. It is suitable for use by infants, children and adults.

How to Use

For adults and children: Add 1½ to 2 capfuls (approximately 30ml) to a standard bath.
For infants: Add ½ to 1 capful (approximately 10ml) to a baby bath.
Mix well into the water and soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
Pat the skin dry gently with a soft towel. Avoid rubbing to help retain the emollient on the skin.
Use as often as required, usually once daily.

Ingredients

Active ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride 0.5% w/w, Chlorhexidine Dihydrochloride 0.5% w/w, Liquid Paraffin 25.0% w/w, Isopropyl Myristate 25.0% w/w.
Other ingredients: Sorbitan Stearate, Polysorbate 60, Purified Water.

Caution

This product will make bath or shower surfaces slippery. Use a non-slip mat and take care when entering or leaving the bath.
Clothing or bedding that has been in contact with this product may present a fire hazard. Keep away from naked flames and do not smoke while using.
Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Store below 25°C and keep out of reach of children.
