Spiolto Respimat Inhaler

Spiolto Respimat contains two active ingredients called tiotropium and olodaterol. Both of these medications are long-acting bronchodilators which open up the airways for easy breathing. Daily use of Spiolto Respimat may prevent any sudden or short term worsening of your COPD which may last for several days. Spiriva Respimat works by relaxing the small muscles and widening the airways opening them for air to flow in and out easier.

Emergency supplies of Spiolto inhaler:

Spiolto inhaler is a prescription only medicine and an emergency supply can only be issued if you are currently being prescribed this medicine by your GP for your asthma. You will need to fill out a questionnaire that is then reviewed to make sure Spiolto is the suitable treatment for you. You will also need to upload proof that you have been prescribed this item before. If your order is approved, your Spiolto can be sent directly to you.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

If any of the following occurs, please stop taking this medicine and consult your doctor immediately.

• Immediate allergic reactions to Spiolto Respimat are rare (they may affect up to 1 in 1,000 people). These reactions may occur individually or as part of a severe allergic reaction (anaphylactic reaction) after administration of Spiolto Respimat. These include rash, nettle rash (urticaria), swelling of the mouth and face, sudden difficulties in breathing (angioneurotic oedema) or other hypersensitivity reactions (such as sudden reduction of your blood pressure or light headedness).

• As with all inhaled medications, tightness of the chest, associated with coughing, wheezing or breathlessness may occur immediately after inhalation (paradoxical bronchospasm). The frequency cannot be estimated from the available data.

• seeing halos around lights or coloured images in association with red eyes (glaucoma). The frequency cannot be estimated from the available data.

• blockage of intestines or absence of bowel movements (intestinal obstruction, including ileus paralytic). The frequency cannot be estimated from the available data.
