What are Berocca Multi-Vitamin Orange tablets?

Berocca is an every day Multi-Vitamin to help promote energy release so you can be at the top of you game.

With vitamins B1 and B2 to help with energy release, B5 to support mental performance and B12 to aid normal formation of red blood cells, Berocca can help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

This easy-to-take effervescent tablet dissolves in a glass of water and its orange flavour gives you a fruity, fresh boost.

How do I take Berocca Multi-Vitamin Orange tablets?

Dosage:

For Adults and Children aged 12 years and older:

Drop ONE tablet into a glass of water.

Allow to dissolve completely and drink the whole glass.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 1 tablet.
• NOT suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• NOT suitable for people with kidney problems.

What are the side effects of Berocca Multi-Vitamin Orange tablets?

• Common side effects are:
• Constipation
• Diarrhea
• Upset stomach

These effects are usually temporary and may disappear as your body adjusts to this medication. If any of these effects persist or worsen, contact your GP or pharmacist.
