How Vitality CBD Calm Support Works?

Californian Poppy:

California Poppy is a plant from South America that has been used for years because of its therapeutic benefits. Research has indicated that this plant may have calming influences on the body due to antispamodic properties that help tense muscles to relax.

Magnesium:

Magnesium is included in this product because of its role in muscle movement. Healthy magnesium levels in the body help muscles to relax therefore moving easier. Magnesium is a crucial mineral and is used widely throught the body. 

5-HTP:

5-Hydroxytryptophan, or 5-HTP as it is helpfully known, is an amino acid that may support the body to produce serotonin. Serotonin helps to regulate many physcological processes, Lacking in seretonin is thought to cause disturbed sleep. 

Ingredients:

Californian Poppy, Magnesium, 5-HTP, CBD, Raw Organic MCT Oil (Coconut), Spiced Citrus Flavouring.

Recommended Daily Dose (Do Not exceed recommended dose)

Spray:

Use approximately 6 sprays in the morning and then 6 sprays in the evening. 

1 Spray = 5.6mg CBD

12 Sprays = 67.2mg CBD 

Pipette:

Use approximately ONE full pipette in the morning and JUST UNDER ONE full pipette in the evening.

1 pipette = 40mg CBD

1.7ml pipette = 68mg CBD

1 pipette equals to 20 drops
