What are VisuXL Eye Drops?

A preservative-free eye drop solution offering effective lubrication and moisturising action for those:

• suffering from dry eyes;
• alterations in continuity of corneal and conjunctival surfaces after refractive surgery, trauma from a foreign body and surgery;
• alterations in the ocular surface related to metabolic disorders (diabetes);
• environmental stress (Smog, chlorinated water, altered micro-climates, smoke, air conditioning);
• intense and prolonged exposure to UV and ionizing radiation;
• prolonged use of computers, monitors, or the television

The cross-linked hyaluronic acid is a more stable and effective form of hyaluronic acid than non-stabilised and is more effective over time. 

The combination of the cross-linked hyaluronic acid and antioxidant/anti-free-radical substances provides a more effective treatment in the above cases. 

Ingredients

100ml of VisuXL contains: 

• Coenzyme Q10 100mg:
• Vitamin E TPGS (D-a-tocopheryl-polyethylene-glycol 1000 succinate) 500mg;
• Cross-linked hyaluronic acid sodium salt 100mg;
• Buffered isotonic solution up to 100ml

Instill 1-2 drops of VisuXL in the conjunctival sac of each eye 2 times a day or according to the opinion of your ophthalmologist.

How to Apply

• Remove the cap.
• Instill 1-2 drops. Dispense the product by gently squeezing the bottle and pushing down the dispensing tip.
• Close the container immediately after use. The solution can be re-used within 6 months after the first opening. 
• In case of concomitant therapies, instill VisuXL at least 5 minutes after the administration of other medications. 

Warnings

• Do not use if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any components.
• Discontinue use and contact your ophthalmologist if you experience adverse reactions.
• Can be used while wearing contact lenses; does not alter their characteristics and can hydrate soft lenses.
• Instill at least 5 minutes after using other drugs.
• Maintains sterility for up to 180 days after first opening.
• Expiration date applies to the intact, properly stored product.
• Do not use after the expiration date.
• Wash hands before applying.
• Do not let the bottle tip touch your eyes.
• Do not use if the bottle is damaged.
• Keep away from light, heat, and out of children’s reach.
• Store at room temperature (15-25°C).
• For ophthalmic use only; do not swallow.
