What are Hycosan Shield Preservative Free Eye Drops?

 

Helps to soothe dry, gritty and watery eyes by stabilising the tear film. 

 

  • Preservative free
  • Long lasting water free formula
  • Protects against tear evaporation
  • Can be used for 6 months after first opening

 

Hycosan Shield acts as the name suggests, by creating a shield and protecting the lipid layer to prevent evaporation.

Ingredients

1ml of eye drops contains 1.0ml of Perflourohexyloctane.

  1. Remove the cap and tamper-proofing
  2. Hold the bottle upright and gently squeeze
  3. Turn the bottle upside down and then release. Air is drawn through the liquid into the bottle. 
  4. Gently pull down your eyelid and lightly squeeze the bottle to release one drop into each eye. Please see the instruction leaflet inside the box for full details.
