What is Valupak Vitamin E 400iu - 30 Capsules?

Vitamin E is an essential micronutrient for the human body. You can generally get vitamin E from nuts, whole grains, vegetable oils, leafy green vegetables, and seeds. 

Considered an important anti-oxidant and plays an important role in the eyes, brain, and cardiovascular systems. It also plays an important role in skin health.

The body cannot make vitamin E and can only be obtained by diet, because of the decline in the consumption of healthier foods many people are now deficient and need to take supplementation. These easy to swallow capsules contain 400iu equivalent to 268mg a-TE.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take one capsule daily with food or liquid. Do not exceed the recommended intake. 

Store below 25C.
