These tablets are a stronger dose of valerian root extract and are only meant for use for short-term insomnia.

These tablets are a sedative so you should be careful using a vehicle or machinery after taking these tablets. If you need to drive or use machinery you should only do so once the drowsiness has subsided

Do not drink alcohol whilst using these tablets 

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding (speak to your GP about treatments you could use)

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients these tablets contain 

Speak to your GP if symptoms dont improve or get worse after 4 weeks of taking these tablets

Active Ingredients: Valerian Extract 385mg, Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v

Excipients: Maltodextrin, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.

Other ingredients: Core: Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silicified Microcrystalline Cellulose, Talc and Silicon Dioxide. Coating: Hypromellose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide, Macrogol, Saccharine Sodium.

How do I use Kalms One A Night Tablets?

Dosage:

Over 18 years: ONE tablet to be taken 30-60 minutes before bedtime. One additional tablet can be taken earlier during the evening if necessary.

As treatment effects may not be apparent immediately, Kalms Night One-A-Night should be taken for 2-4 weeks continuously.

Under 18 years: not recommended.

What are the side effects of Kalms One A Night Tablets?

• Stomach cramps

• Nausea
