1. Apply Generously. Apply sunscreen generously before sun exposure, enough to give a visible layer before rubbing in. Allowing it to absorb completely.

2. Reapply. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, perspiring, and toweling.

3. Avoid Over-Exposure. Even when protected avoid over-exposure to the sun.
