Taking this low-dose Aspirin to prevent heart attacks and strokes is not the same as taking aspirin as a painkiller.
Do not give to children under the age of 16. (There is a possible association between aspirin and Reye's syndrome when given to children, this is a very rare disease, which can be fatal)
Do not take if allergic to any of the ingredients or if you suffer from asthma, have a stomach ulcer, a history of stomach ulcers or indigestion, or are taking other blood thinning drugs
Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine if you are pregnant and do not take it if you are breast feeding

Active ingredients: Aspirin 75mg.
Other ingredients: Lactose and Sodium.
Take ONE 75mg tablet Once daily with food.
The usual dose, for long-term use, is 1 or 2 tablets once daily. In some circumstances, a higher dose may be appropriate, especially in the short term and up to 4 tablets a day may be used on the advice of a doctor.
Disperse the tablet in a glass of water and drink.
Common side effects of aspirin happen in more than 1 in 100 people.

mild indigestion
bleeding more easily than normal - because aspirin thins your blood, it can sometimes make you bleed more easily. For example, you may get nose bleeds and bruise more easily, and if you cut yourself, the bleeding may take longer than normal to stop.
