What is Lyclear Creme Rinse Double Pack?

Lyclear Creme Rinse is head lice treatment that works by killing head lice and their eggs.

Lyclear contains the active ingredient Permethrin which is an effective insectiside that can stop infestations and prevent spreading.

One bottle is usually sufficient to treat one person with shoulder length hair of average thickness. The easy-to-use formula is simple to apply and can kill head lice and their eggs in 10 minutes. 

If one member of the family needs treatment it is important to check the rest of the family and treat them if lice are seen.

Warnings and Precautions

Do not use if:

• If you are allergic to any of the ingredients this product contains or if you are allergic to chrysanthemums or other compositae.

• You are pregnant.

Do not use:

• Product on newborns and children under 6 months of age unless instructed to do so by a doctor. Using this product on children up to 3 years of age should only be administered under close medical supervision.

Speak to your GP or Pharmacist before use if:

•  You are breast-feeding. 

Ingredients

Active ingredients: Permethrin (1% w/w)

Other ingredients: 20% w/w isopropanol, stearalkonium chloride, cetyl alcohol, ceteth-10 (polyoxyl 10 cetyl ether), hydroxyethylcellulose, hydrolysed animal protein, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), balsam fir canada, propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), fragrance 06.070, propylene glycol, sunset yellow (E110), anhydrous citric acid and purified water

How do I apply Lyclear Creme Rinse Double Pack?

Dosage:

Adults and children 6 months and over: shampoo hair, rinse, towel dry.

Apply enough creme to saturate scalp and hair, leave for 10 minutes. Rinse, comb and dry.

Not recommended for children below 6 months except under medical supervision.

What are the side effects of Lyclear Creme Rinse Double Pack?

Possible side effects:

Skin irritation, redness or a rash may occur occasionally, however side effects are not common and are usually mild

If you experience any discomfort, such as tingling, prickling or burning sensation, discontinue use immediately.
