Warnings and Precautions

• Discard after 6 months
• Keep out of reach of children
• If the product becomes discolored, the product should not be used.
• Do not use if the security seal is damaged or missing or if tamper evident cap is damaged.
• If you wear contact lenses use drops before putting contacts in or after removing them.

Ingredients:

SYSTANE® Ultra Lubricant Unit Dose Eye Drops is a sterile solution containing polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol, hydroxypropl guar, sorbitol, aminomethylpropanol, boric acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, and POLYQUAD® (polidronium chloride) 0.001% preservative.

How do I use Systane Ultra Unit Dose Eye Drops?

Directions:

Instil ONE to TWO drops in each eye and blink a few times.

What are the side effects of Systane Ultra Unit Dose Eye Drops?

Stop using if you have:
 

• Eye pain
• Changes in vision
• Continued redness or irritation of the eye
• The condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours
