Canesten Thrush Cream can be used to symptomatically treat Thrush in men and women. It will also help to eradicate the infection completely. It contains the antifungal active ingredient clotrimazole at 2% strength and is designed to be as quick as possible at its job. It is suitable for treating both men and women. It is suitable for use for patients aged between 16-60 years of age. Diabetic patients should always seek medical dvice before treating thrush as it can be the first sign of an underlying complication.

Apply thinly 2 or 3 times daily and rub in gently. Continue applying cream daily until symptoms of infection disappear. If a second treatment is also being used and the symptoms do not improve within 7 days please contact your GP.
Use of this cream is not recommended fo under 16 and over 60 year old patients unless it is specifically prescribed after an physical examination.
Canesten Thrush Cream should not be used for more than two episodes in any six-month period. You should seek medical advice if you suffer from recurrent thrush.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding you should seek advice from your GP and have the cream prescribed to you.
Inactive ingredients: Sorbitan stearate, Polysorbate 60, Cetyl palmitate, Cetostearyl alcohol, Octyldodecanol, Benzyl alcohol, Purified Water. Do not use if you are allergic to any of these ingredients.
